Activation and Aerosol Generation
Each of our compact aerosol generators contains a solid, chemically stable extinguishing compound. The device is equipped with a detector that reacts to a temperature increase in the protected area. Once the temperature reaches a specific threshold, the generator is activated. As a result of a controlled chemical reaction, the compound transforms into fine aerosol particles, invisible to the naked eye, which fill the entire space within seconds.
The Extinguishing Principle: Breaking the Fire Chain
Traditional firefighting involves eliminating one of the three elements of the so-called "fire triangle" (oxygen, heat, fuel). Our system goes a step further. The aerosol consists of micro-particles that chemically interact with the active free radicals within the flame. These radicals are essential for sustaining the combustion reaction. The aerosol captures and neutralizes these radicals, leading to an immediate interruption of the chain reaction and suppressing the fire in its infancy. This process is so rapid that the fire has no chance to spread and cause major damage.
Safety and Side Effects
Our aerosol is not only extremely effective but also safe for electronic devices. It is non-conductive, non-corrosive, and does not cause thermal shock. Crucially, after the fire is extinguished, the aerosol dissipates naturally, leaving no residue or deposits. As a result, the fire is not only neutralized, but it also does not cause additional costs or business downtime associated with cleaning equipment and infrastructure.
